Выявлена высокая способность регенерантов к ризогенезу на питательных средах без добавления регуляторов роста, а также склонность к спонтанному укоренению на средах, содержащих гормоны только цитокининового ряда (2-iP или БАП). Оптимальной схемой для поддержания в культуре in vitro растений данной популяции можно считать чередование среды МС с 0,2 мг/л тидиазурона со средой МС с 1 мг/л 2-iP.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In vitro culture of Ficus carica L. from population, adapted to local ecological conditions which are similar to marginal ones for this species was obtained. High potency of regenerants to rhisogenesis on nutritive mediums without addition of plant hormones and spontaneous rooting on medium with cytokinins (2-iP or BAP) was revealed.
