Отмечена целесообразность чередования питательных сред с тидиазуроном (TDZ) и 2-iP при микрочеренковании. На среде с добавлением 0,2 мг/л TDZ происходит индукция развития всех пазушных почек экспланта, на среде с 1 мг/л 2-iP развиваются микропобеги без признаков витрификации. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для разработки стратегии сохранения генофонда инжира в коллекции in vitro.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Technology of Ficus carica L. clonal micropropagation is worked out. The expedience of alterating of nutritive medium with TDZ and 2-iP during microcutting is noticed. The induction of development of all axillar buds of explant occurs on plant medium with 0,2 mg/l TDZ. Microshoots without any features of vitrifi cation develop on plant medium with 1 mg/l 2-iP.
