Определено соотношение частот наследования аллельных состояний указанных генов в анализируемых комбинациях скрещивания. Идентифицированы гибридные сеянцы с доминантным гомозиготным состоянием гена Rvi6 (Rvi6Rvi6), а также имеющие генотип Rvi6+Rvi4.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Results of PCR-analysis of apple hybrid seedlings for the Rvi6 and Rvi4 scab resistance genes are presented. The correlation frequency of inheritance of allele states of indicated genes in analyzed combination of crosses was detected.
