Дана сравнительная оценка сортов по содержанию в них сухих веществ, суммы сахаров, органических кислот, аскорбиновой кислоты и лейкоантоцианов. Для использования в селекции выделены: сорта Киевский, Super Crimson Gold, Stark Delicious - по накоплению антиоксидантов; Сорок лет Узбекистана и Кзыл Шалили - по накоплению сахаров.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of study of chemical composition of fruits of 11 introduced varieties of nectarine. Comparative evaluation of varieties in their content of dry matter, carbohydrates, amounts of titratable acids and leucoanthocyanins was given.
