Пара праймеров, основанная на ipt генах, позволила выявить возбудителя бактериального рака в различных органах винограда, а также определить с помощью универсальных праймеров и идентифицировать с помощью специфических праймеров возбудителя фитоплазмы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Studies to determine the causative agents of crown gall of the Rhizobium vitis grapes and phytoplasma, in particular, the blackening of Bois noir wood, using a polymerase chain reaction were presented.
