Представлены исследования по определению возбудителей бактериального рака винограда Rhizobium vitis и фитоплазмы, в частности почернения древесины Bois noir, с помощью полимеразной цепной реакции. Пара праймеров, основанная на ipt генах, позволила выявить возбудителя бактериального рака в различных органах винограда, а также определить с помощью универсальных праймеров и идентифицировать с помощью специфических праймеров возбудителя фитоплазмы.

Studies to determine the causative agents of crown gall of the Rhizobium vitis grapes and phytoplasma, in particular, the blackening of Bois noir wood, using a polymerase chain reaction were presented. A pair of primers based on ipt genes has enabled the identifi cation of the causative agent of crown gall in various organs of the grapes, as well as to determine with the help of universal primers and to identify with the help of specifi c primers the causative agent of the phytoplasma.
