От каждого вида были анализированы 30 семян, культивированные в течении разных лет с целью объективности и стабильности исследованных признаков. Были исследованы и анализированы пробы от целых семян и пробы от семян после проделанного поперечного сечения. Объекты были непосредственно под наблюдением без предварительной физической и химической их обработки. Были сняты и биометрические показатели для размеров семян двух видов щирицы с помощью дигитального микроскопа. Были измерены меридианальная ось семени и экваториальный диаметр и установлена достоверность разницы через критерий Стьюдента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Seed material of two species of scorpion - Amaranthus retrofl exus L. and Amaranthus hybridus L. - was used for the scanning electron microscopy. From each species, 30 seeds cultivated during different years were analyzed for the objectivity and stability of the traits studied. Samples were investigated and analyzed from whole seeds and samples from seeds after the done cross section. The objects were directly under observation without preliminary physical and chemical treatment. Biometric indices were also taken for seed sizes of two types of shin with the help of a digital microscope.
