Представлены группы сортов с минимальным, средним и максимальным содержанием изучаемых компонентов. Выделены лучшие генотипы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>54 varieties of cherry were studied according to the content of phenolic substances in fruit: catechins, anthocyanins, leucoanthocyanins and their sum. Groups of varieties with the minimum, average and maximum content of the studied components are presented.
