Выявлены особенности динамики концентрации танинов в зависимости от суточных и сезонных экологических факторов культивирования. Обосновано время сбора и заготовки растительного сырья плодов голубики и коре калины.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The peculiarities of accumulation of tannic substances in the blueberry fruits (garden form) and viburnum bark have been studied. The peculiarities of the dynamics of the concentration of tannins, depending on daily and seasonal ecological factors of cultivation have been revealed.
