Значения относительного содержания ДНК у изученных видов рода Paeonia не показали статистически значимых различий, несмотря на значительные морфологические отличия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>For the fi rst time, the relative DNA content of Paeonia anomala L. and Paeonia hybrida Pall. was studied by fl ow cytometry and Paeonia regeneration buds were used as an alternative variant of plant organs free of stain inhibitors.
