Подобранные зонды позволяли достоверно идентифицировать возбудителей фитофторозных корневых гнилей малины и земляники в концентрации от 2,0х10-5 мг/мл до 3,3х10-7 мг/мл.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>As a result of the research, a technique for multiplex PCR “real-time” was elaborated to identify the main pathogens of phytophthora root rots of raspberry and strawberry, including quarantine biotype Ph. fragariae.
