PECULIARITIES OF INTRODUCTION OF NEW GOOSEBERRY VARIETIES INTO THE STERILE CULTURE

Abstract

Etiolation, treatment of mother plants in protected ground with cytokinins (cytodeph 40 mg/l) and addition of urban sewage sludge to substrate have a positive effect on the introduction of new gooseberry varieties in vitro and yield of viable regenerants. Mother plants in the open field should be pretreated with systemic fungicides and bactericidal preparations to reduce the level of contamination.
