INFLUENCE OF NUTRIENT MEDIUM COMPOSITION ON CLONAL MICROPROPAGATION OF HONEYSUCKLE EDIBLE

Abstract

The results on the effect of hormonal composition of the nutrient medium at all stages of clonal micropropagation of edible honeysuckle are presented. It was established that the use of BAP at a concentration of 1 mg/l combined with vitamin was resulted in high multiplication factor of blue honeysuckle in vitro and was provided a rapid growth of the shoots. For rooting microshoots it is appropriate to apply the IBA in a concentration of 1 mg/l.
