THE CONTENT OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN THE FRUITS OF INTRODUCED VARIETIES OF NECTARINE

Abstract

The article presents the results of study of chemical composition of fruits of 11 introduced varieties of nectarine. Comparative evaluation of varieties in their content of dry matter, carbohydrates, amounts of titratable acids and leucoanthocyanins was given. Varieties Kievskij, Super Crimson Gold, Stark Delicious, Sorok let Uzbekistana and Kzil Shalili are recommended for use in breeding plants with high content of biologically active substances.
