P-ACTIVE SUBSTANCES OF MODERN CHERRIES VARIETIES OF IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE OREL REGION

Abstract

54 varieties of cherry were studied according to the content of phenolic substances in fruit: catechins, anthocyanins, leucoanthocyanins and their sum. Groups of varieties with the minimum, average and maximum content of the studied components are presented. The best genotypes are revealed.
