INFLUENCE OF GROWTH REGULATORS ON THE INDUCTION OF ADVENTITIOUS ORGANOGENESIS IN LEAF EXPLANTS OF FRUIT AND SMALL FRUITS CULTURES IN VITRO

Abstract

The regulation of morphogenesis in culture of isolated tissues depended on the genotypic characteristics of plants and on the content in the nutrient medium in a certain ratio of growth regulators - auxin and cytokinin. The most efficient induction of morphogenesis from leaf explants of apple, pear, raspberry and black currant was held on the medium containing BAP and IBA in the ratio of 20:1. The frequency of shoots formation reached 20-50%. It was not possible to induce formation of adventitious structures in gooseberries.
