The study of collection samples and breeding of garden radish in the conditions of the Central region of Russia
Abstract
As a result of the study of collection samples of radish of different ecological and geographical origin, in the conditions of the Central region of Russia sources of economically valuable traits are identified. The collection samples that are valuable for breeding for the precocity, the yield and the biochemical composition are revealed. A new early maturing high yielding variety of the garden radish Mikhnevsky 1 was created.
