VARIETY STUDY AND INTRODUCTION OF CUCUMBER IN SOIL-CLIMATIC CONDITIONS OF THE ASTRAKHAN REGION
Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the collections of long-bodied and shortbodied cucumbers during drip irrigation on light chestnut soils. It has been found that hybrids Schubert F1, Masha F1, Ajax F1, Herman F1 and the varieties Palchik, Iz`yaschny, which contribute to the production of over 75 t / ha of green cucumbers, are suitable for cultivation under soil and climatic conditions of Astrakhan region.
