THE INFLUENCE OF JASMONIC ACID AND LOW TEMPERATURE ON THE STORAGE CAPABILITIES OF MOUNTAIN ASH (SORBUS) IN CULTURE IN VITRO

Abstract

The possibility of using jasmonic acid during storage of rowan (Sorbus) microplants in culture in vitro, in various temperature regimes was studied. Rowan microplants deposition in culture in vitro with addition of jasmonic acids in media (at various concentrations) at low positive temperature can signifi cantly improve their viability after 34 months of direct cultivation.
