The influence of components of the nutrient media and the low temperature on the storage capability of Rowan (Sorbus) in vitro
Abstract
Culturing rowan microplants in culture in vitro in media supplemented with sorbitol and sucrose (3% to 5%) can improve their preservation after 26 months of culture. It is noted that the addition of mannitol (at various concentrations) in nutrient media reduces the safety of rowan microplants after 26 months of continuous cultivation.
