Influence of weather conditions on biometric indicators and seed productivity of aster annual Callistephus chinensis (L.) Nees
Abstract
It is determined that weather conditions influence on biometric performance and seed production when growing asters annuals. So, the weather conditions in the vegetation period of 2015 had a positive impact on biometric performance and seed production of Сallistephus chinensis but the weather conditions of 2016 had a negative impact: seed production in 2016 was 87% lower than in 2015. A significant influence on the seed production was marked of water-temperature regime of August and September.
