TANNINS IN ECONOMICALLY VALUABLE SMALL FRUITS CROPS

Abstract

The peculiarities of accumulation of tannic substances in the blueberry fruits (garden form) and viburnum bark have been studied. The peculiarities of the dynamics of the concentration of tannins, depending on daily and seasonal ecological factors of cultivation have been revealed. The time of collecting and harvesting of vegetable raw materials of blueberryfruits and viburnum bark has been was substantiated.
