MOLECULAR METHODS IN THE DIAGNOSTICS OF APPLE TREE PATHOGENS IN BELARUS

Abstract

In the article the results of molecular-genetic identifi cation of the pathogens causing brown rot, anthracnose and quarantine disease - fi re blight are presented. Molecular analysis data of rDNA Venturia inaequalis isolates - causative agent of apple scab are presented. Genetic heterogeneity of pathogen populations has been revealed.
