BIOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF FRUITS OF INTRODUCED VARIETIES OF TARA VINE (ACTINIDIA ARGUTA SIEBOLD ET ZUCC.) PLANCH. EX MIQ.) IN BELARUS

Abstract

On the basis of a comparative two-year study of biochemical composition of fruits of the natural form and 5 varieties of Actinidia arguta - Kievskaya krupnoplodnaya, Kievskaya gibridnaya, Lasunka, Purpurnaya sadovaya и Sentyabrskaya according to 14 parameters (organic acids, carbohydrates, bioflavonoids) it has been found out that all introducents surpassed the natural form 2,0-4,2 times in integral level of nutritional and vitamine value of fruits with greatest difference observed at Kievskaya krupnoplodnaya variety and smallest difference at Lasunka variety.
